Shipping policy

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded. Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We calculate the shipping costs according to the order value (gross value of goods):

- Value of goods up to 59.99 € = 3.95 €

From an order value of 60.00 € we deliver free of shipping costs. Deliveries abroad:

We calculate the shipping costs abroad as follows:

Delivery within the EU up to 5 kg: 15.99 €
5 -10 kg: 22.99 €

Delivery to Switzerland up to 5 kg: 26.90 €
5 -10 kg: 34.99 € Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 3 - 4 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
