Pony Boy is the latest fragrance creation from Jorum Studio.

The story of Pony Boy centers on the fantasy of a kelpie (mythological figure from Scottish folklore) that haunts a sauna on the Scottish loch Loch an Dùin (Uist) - emitting a steaming, woody and pink lotus mist.

From the hissing breath of this kelpie emanates a haze with fine aromas of rhubarb, coriander seed, fig, grapefruit, champaca absolute, pink pepper, beet, vetiver, ambrette, Atlas and Virginia cedar, calamus, raspberry leaf - and pink lotus absolute.

Top notes: Rhubarb, coriander seeds, fig, pink grapefruit, champaca absolute, pink pepper, beetroot.

Heart and base notes: Pink lotus absolute, vetiver, ambrette seed, Atlas cedarwood, raspberry leaf, red cedarwood, calamus.

Jorum was founded in 2010 by Scottish perfumer Euan McCall under the pseudonym Jorum Laboratories and has formulated fragrances for cult brands.

Since 2016, Jorum has been run equally by Euan and his partner Chloe Mullen and launched Jorum Studio in 2019.

From their base in Edinburgh, Chloe and Euan have quietly built a new world-class perfume industry in Scotland.
