Truefitt's first citrus fragrance was originally formulated in the 1870s and quickly became a favorite of Queen Victoria and her entourage. The "Imperial Bouquet" was specially blended by Truefitt's perfumers for Queen Victoria in 1876 to celebrate her coronation as Empress of India (May 01, 1876). It was a floral fougere with zesty and exotic top notes of citrus and orange blossom, which evolved into today's West Indian Limes fragrance.
A refreshing and sparkling fragrance combining vibrant top notes of exotic lime and bergamot with a heart of lilac, lavender and rose and an orange blossom base.
